The cardio portion was high intensity intervals with plyrometrics and kickboxing mixed in. I also included the Cupid Shuffle because cupid on Valentines is a no brainer, right? Here is a kickboxing version. The toning portion included weights and mat work. And then the end I lead a self love meditation. The meditation I lead was slightly different but this one is pretty similar.

I is an app you can use anywhere on demand accessing a library of tones of different styles of workouts. When I watch it at home I stream it using my apply TV.
