Seasons Past

Description

My daughter and I were admiring some flowers. A week later the frost came and the flowers wilted. I was telling her how sad I was that the flowers had faded. She reminded me that there is still beauty in seasons past. We collected the seeds from the Zinnias knowing that their seeds would inspire future seasons of beauty. I found this ironic coming from my daughter, my little flower starting to bud. How beautiful it is that even in our own lives seasons made pass but the seeds can lead to future beauty.
