Welcome to the party! And thanks for stopping by to celebrate the 2nd blog birthday for Canary Jane! Two years ago I decided to launch Canary Jane focusing on my artistic skills and chasing my dreams. It’s difficult to summarize all that’s gone into creating Canary Jane. My blog started as a place to document the reason behind my artwork to support my Etsy shop. And I love that my site has evolved into a beautiful meld of stories, crafts, and artwork with freelance artwork on the side. The greatest satisfaction in my successes is all the hard moments that lead up to them. There have been so many late nights and tired days. Having a blog has stretched and pulled at all that I am. But, it’s been a beautiful journey and there are so many fun things coming up this year that I cannot wait to tell you about it.
