Some of you may not know that I am a fitness instructor, but I am! I teach at the Provo Missionary Training for the LDS church. I teach classes for the women who are called sisters that are learning languages for their year and a half missions to other countries or places that speak other languages.
I teach anywhere from three to six classes a week ranging from cardio based classes to yoga to Pilates to toning. I know, a handful! But I’ve really loved working as a fitness instructor. I mean, come on, who wouldn’t want to get paid to workout?
I’ve been teaching for three and a half years and it has really been a great addition to my life. I’m really grateful for the job because its made me stay in shape and make healthy choices. One of those benefits are being able to sprint after my children at the drop of a hat. There are so many times, my friends, that I am able to feel strong and it helps me during my day.
So I was really happy to collaborate with another blogger for the CoLAB project. Remember when I attended Alt Summit the blogger conference? Well afterward I was asked if I would like to participate in a new project called CoLAB where creatives from different organizations come together and work together to broaden their audiences. So for my CoLAB I was paired with a fitness enthusiast. And since I’m a fitness instructor I sent him a circuit to do. So below is the circuit for all of you to try.

Also before we move on I’d like to credit my amazing photographer Diana Putnam for these incredible photos.

For a quick moment I’d like to tell you about my apparel cause we all know I love shopping and a good workout outfit goes a long way!! My shorts are from Marshalls. My socks are VimVigr. The amazing yoga mat is from Sequence yoga Brand. I’m obsessed with the grips on this mat!! The long sleeve top is from Albion Fit! And my tank is from JcPennys.
I really loved trying all these products! Be on the lookout on my Instagram cause there’s gonna be a giveaway from Albion starting tonight!

Ok so here it is a fun cricuit that will tone and get your heart rate up!! I’ve included some videos in case you are not familiar with these workouts. Get your water bottle, towel or mat, sneakers, and a timer. Lets go!
